Due to the custom made nature of each and every one of our special designs,

we do not accept returns or exchanges.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you must email us

at info@debbiefairbrass.com within 48 hours to let us know.

We will accept return of the item to repair or replace and it will be

returned to you within 10 business days.
